List of Game Jam Submissions
Lost Festival!
Lost Festival! is the title of a Game Jame project submitted for a 72 hour Game Jam with a festive theme. I was responsible for managing the concept, design, and code for this game and worked with a team of four to develop it. The core mechanic is the Impairment system where each playable character has a unique interaction with power. Power-Ups in game are generally seen as beneficial, however, in this game power is consequential. For example, when the ice fairy collects power, she becomes slower and begins turning blue. At max power, she does shoot more icicles, however, she becomes fully frozen and unable to move. For the other one who controls darkness, she consequentially creates a dark aura around her the more power she gains, reducing visibility of bullets to the player. Each character can dispel their power only at full power and remove all side effects and their powers.

Strawberry Jam
Strawberry Jam is the title of a Game Jame project submitted for a 48 hour Game Jam with a reversed-roles theme. I was responsible for gameplay code and mechanics for this game and worked with a team of four to develop it inside Unity using C#. In terms of reversed-role, I flipped the typical stealth mechanic where instead of avoiding police or guards and their vision of sight, you would instead need to be in it regularly. Other team members found this mechanic would work best in a detective-murder story where you play as an incompetent detective who has misplaced and concealed evidence to hide your unfortunate mistakes that occurred on the job due to your incompetence.
